This program assists residents of Scott, Carver and Dakota counties to determine if they are eligible for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as Food Support.
Staff shares information with eligible low-income people about the program.
Offers assistance with completing the Combined Application Form (CAF) and the ApplyMN online form. Provides an eligibility pre-screen and other community resources.
