Eligibility
Recipients must:
* Be experiencing a financial hardship
* Be a family with children ages 18 and under, an adult with disability or senior (age 55+)
* Live in one of the following communities: Afton, Bayport, Baytown Township, Grant, Hugo, Lake Elmo, Lakeland, Lakeland Shores, Landfall, Marine on St. Croix, Oakdale, Oak Park Heights, St. Mary's Point, St. Croix Beach, Stillwater, West Lakeland Township, Withrow, or Woodbury
Application Instructions
Must present a photo identification for every person in the household and a bill or paycheck stub with current address (dated within last 60 days).
Online registration is available on the Holiday Hope website.
In-person registration is by appointment. Call (651) 439-7434 to schedule an appointment.
