Offers no-cost education and career technical training for young adults including:
* Career planning
* Career development
* On-the-job training
* Free education and job training
* Career transition
* Job placement
Offers career technical training in more than 100 career training areas, including:
* Advanced manufacturing
* Transportation
* Hospitality
* Construction
* Healthcare
* Finance and business
Students receive housing/dormitories, nutritious meal options, basic medical care, a living allowance, and career training all at no cost.

Eligibility
Students must be:
* 16 - 24 years old (maximum age limit may be waived if the applicant is a person with a documented disability)
* Faces barriers to employment
* Low income eligible
* Able to work in the United States
* Free of illegal drug use
* Have no behavioral problems, court supervision or fines
* Have a child care plan for any dependent children during the proposed period of enrollment
Students do not need a high school diploma or GED to enroll.
