Offers career development and job search services at no cost that focus on preparing people to find a suitable new job.
For employers facing a plant shutdown or large-scale layoff, they can help companies proceed in an orderly and legal way and provide on-site services for workers.

Workers who have been laid off (or notified that a layoff is coming) through no fault of their own
