Service Details


A supervised living facility provides supervision, lodging, meals, counseling and developmental habilitative or rehabilitative services to five or more persons who are developmentally disabled, chemically dependent, adult mentally ill, or physically disabled.

Some types of supervised living facilities are for persons who can take care of themselves in an emergency. Other facilities are for persons unable to take care of themselves in emergencies. Proper placement in a supervised living facility will depend on the services and care needed by the person.

This provider is licensed as a supervised living facility by the Department of Health and is subject to periodic health and safety inspections for regulatory compliance by the Minnesota Department of Health.

Chemical Dependency and Gambling Intervention:
* Facilitation and assistance with gambling and chemical dependency interventions

Transitional Living/Gambling
* Becker House is a transitional living facility that provides a supportive environment for recovering chemically dependent and compulsive gambling men
* Offers an inexpensive, temporary place (one year) for men to live while they continue their recovery.

Chemical Dependency Halfway House:
* Four apartments with two bedrooms in each apartment
* Duration of this post-primary treatment program ranges from 60-180 days

* Outside Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and Gamblers Anonymous meetings

Inpatient Programs include 20 bed community living units for residential Inpatient Primary for men and women, extended care, compulsive gambling
