Recreational activities for older adults to create social connections, learn new things and improve their general well-being.

Additional Information

University for Seniors is a lifelong learning education program. Programs include study groups, lectures, fitness, field trips, cultural and social opportunities.

* Special events and social activities
* Monthly lectures with University of Minnesota professors and community experts on timely topics and travel experiences by members
* Participation in different groups on campus
* Opportunities to meet new people or catch up with friends

This program is part of the Department of Continuing Education. Classes are not for credit and are not applicable towards a degree.

Application Instructions

Reistration is available three times per year, before fall, winter and spring terms.


Membership fee information is available online. Memberships can be for one term or annual.
